Sabrina Ooi is the co-founder and CEO of Calm Collective Asia.


Through her work at Calm Collective, she has consulted for brands such as Spotify, The Body Shop and Standard Chartered Bank, and created global mental health programmes.


Sabrina is a thought leader in the workplace wellness space, often sharing her insights as an author and public speaker. She is also a prolific presenter and has interviewed prominent business and government leaders on national radio.


She has been featured in Harper's Bazaar, Tatler, and CNA, and has been named a 2021 Gen.T Honouree.

James Ong
James Ong
CCO, TrustBank

James is the Chief Commercial Officer and Acting Chief Operating Officer of the Trust. He is responsible for developing and leveraging strategic relationships, including the shareholders of the Trust's joint ventures and its external partners. He was one of the earliest members of the Trust team and was directly involved in the formation of the joint venture.



Prior to that, James was Senior Vice President of the VTC Corporate Strategy team and Head of GrabFood Singapore, a Grab company. He has also worked as a management consultant for more than 10 years, specialising in the telecoms, media and technology sectors.


James' key areas of expertise include strategic planning, partnership and stakeholder management.

Stephanie is the Director of People Experience at nansen.ai, where she leverages her broad and diverse background in technology and education to create meaningful workplace cultures in a global remote-first environment.


Previously a Remote Director at cargo.one and Team Experience Manager at Buffer, her experience includes creating impactful employee experiences and advancing remote work practices.


As co-founder and lead coach of Lumiere Ventures Consulting, she coaches leaders through personal and professional transformation.

Triston is currently a Leadership Consultant and Human Capital Consultant at Glints, where he focuses on driving employee engagement to improve team productivity.


Prior to joining Glints, Triston was responsible for people and organisational strategy in the Group COO's office at Sea Group. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant in BCG's People & Organisation, Financial Services and TMT practices.


Triston holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of Business, with majors in Finance, Legal Studies and Business Ethics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
