Challenge

Impossible Marketing began as a search agency specializing in SEO and Google Ads before expanding into social media marketing in 2018 to meet growing client demand. Unlike search marketing, which relies heavily on ad copy and content, social media requires stronger creative and visual capabilities.


To manage this, the company initially hired two staff in Singapore, but the constant demand for creative work and frequent client revisions quickly overwhelmed the small local team. At the same time, a relatively small client base and limited revenue made it difficult to justify expanding the local headcount, even though a single client’s creative needs could be highly time-intensive. These challenges led the company to explore remote hiring as a way to strengthen its creative capabilities cost-effectively.

The company adopted a hybrid model: senior creatives in Singapore continued to manage client communication, while offshore creative executives handled execution under their guidance.
